While GESY patients are generally excluded from most services, they are encouraged to take advantage of our check-up examinations. Our Services:
- Patient Care and Consultation: The International Patients Department provides comprehensive guidance and assistance to international patients, starting from their initial contact until post-treatment follow-up. It answers questions, educates on treatment options, assists with appointment scheduling, and supports with administrative matters.
- Coordination of Appointments and Treatments: We efficiently plans and organizes appointments for medical consultations, diagnostic tests, treatments, and follow-up examinations for international patients, ensuring a seamless treatment process.
- Interpreter Services: When needed, we arranges interpreter services for international patients to facilitate clear communication between patients and medical staff and overcome language barriers.
- Support with Administrative Matters:The International Patients Department assists international patients with handling administrative tasks such as invoice billing, obtaining medical reports for their return to their home countries, or organizing travel formalities.

Patient Satisfaction and Aftercare: The International Patients Department looks after the well-being and satisfaction of international patients during their stay at GMI and remains available post-treatment for any questions, concerns, or follow-up recommendations. Interpreter Services: When needed, we arranges interpreter services for international patients to facilitate clear communication between patients and medical staff and overcome language barriers.
When submitting a request, please provide the following information:
– Patient’s name and date of birth.
– Specific request from the patient or responsible party (diagnostic procedure, treatment procedure, second opinion from a specialist).
– All available medical data translated into English (medical history, results of previous examinations, specialist conclusions, etc.) in the form of document scans and download links, allowing us to directly review the examinations (CT scans, MRI scans).
In response to your request, we will provide a clinic opinion on the possibility of providing the requested services and an approximate cost estimate, as well as coordinate the date of your visit to NMI. The deposit specified in the estimate will need to be transferred before your arrival at the clinic.
