GMI has built strong bonds with higher education institutions, including an exclusive affiliation with the School of Medicine of the European University of Cyprus. Through this collaboration, which started in 2018, GMI provides on-site training for medical students.
The GMI, serving its mission to provide high-level education and training for healthcare professionals at the undergraduate and postgraduate level, has built strong bonds with the Department of Nursing of the Cyprus University of Technology (CUT), which is ranked very highly in national and international surveys of academic achievements. Through this collaboration, GMI provides on-site training for nurses.
Regular internships, trainings, seminars and continuing education programs, and for doctors and medical staff from various countries are also conducted at the Institute for their professional development and knowledge enhancement.
We develop individual training programs tailored to the specific needs and requirements of medical staff, for example: endoscopic surgery, radiology, nuclear and radiation medicine, cardiothoracic surgery, implantology, neurosurgery, neurology and rehabilitation, among others.
