German Medical Institute is outfitted with state-of-the-art facilities and equipment and offers advanced services in elective and emergency surgery.
We provide services for malignant conditions. We treat cancer with a multi-disciplinary approach, where every case is discussed in our weekly tumor boards. We offer the highest quality, customized treatment options to all our patients. We also offer patients access to clinical trials and advanced research, whenever appropriate.
Additionally, we offer surgery for benign conditions. This includes pathology of the thyroid/parathyroid glands, breast, and gastrointestinal tract.
Minimal Access Surgery is preferred as the best treatment option for most cases, always using the most up-to-date technology available. Laparoscopy or key-hole surgery (and soon robotic surgery) are commonly used techniques for Minimal Access surgery.
Our new hybrid operating theatre is equipped with advanced imaging technology which enables minimally invasive surgery with the simultaneous use of diagnostic aids.
