Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory:
Offers a full spectrum of services, including:
– Coronary angiography
– Left and right heart catheterization
– Coronary physiology assessment
– Intracardiac and intravascular ultrasound
– Coronary angioplasty and stents to treat coronary artery disease, both in patients with stable disease and those with myocardial infarction (heart attack)
– Invasive electrophysiology studies and ablation for cardiac arrhythmia
– Transcatheter aortic valve replacement for aortic valve stenosis
– Percutaneous closure of atrial septal defect and patent foramen ovale
– Percutaneous mitral valve repair
– Alcohol septal ablation for hypertrophic cardiomyopathy
– Carotid, renal, peripheral, and other forms of angiography
– Carotid angioplasty and stenting
